So, I only tried to convey my question with posting parts of those screen shots. made in the back of my certificate are shown in Arabic. Unfortunately, all stamps, seals, signatures.etc. Also, photocopy had other original seals, signatures, and one stamp while certificating it made by the branch of the foreign affairs ministry in my hometown(another governorate- Hadramawt).(Note: all of them are shown in blue colour as original ones in the left hand side of screen shot below: So, the photocopy looks like this screen shot below after being certificated in the branch office. However, the photocopy has copies of the original two stamps, seals, and original signatures made by the the main offices of Higher Education & Foreign Affairs Ministry in the capital city-Sana'a while authenticating it.(Note: all of them are shown as copies in black colour(screen shot below). Then, ts was only stamped with a local consulate drawing with a blue colour, which different from the higher education's stamp(a green colour). This photocopy was only seen by the branch of the Foreign Affairs Ministry in my own state. I gave them the original one, and another photocopy of the original bachelor degree authenticated previously by the Higher Education & Foreign Affairs Ministries. So, I was told to go to the branch of Foreign Affairs Ministry in my governoarte - Hadramawt, and they would give me a true copy. However, when returning back to my hometown(another governorate- Hadramawt), I needed to have a True Copy. In that time while authenticating my original certificate in the head office of Higher Education & Foreign Affairs Ministries in the capital city, I hadn't requested an True Copy. It was NOT certified(sealed) as True Cop. It was not certified(sealed) as True Cop. I have a photocopy of the original bachelor degree which was only seen by the Foreign Affairs Ministry. It was stamped with two stamps(a local consulate drawing, one for Higher Education(Green colour, and another one for foreign affairs ministry, blue colour), bound, signed, and sealed. However, if I am going to organize my document with giving them some names: For instance, I have an original bachelor degree, which was seen by both the main offices of Higher Education & Foreign Affairs Ministry in the capital city-Sana'a. The alternative to submitting an original document is to use a Certified True Copy. In many circumstances they will not be returned to you.
